Welding

Welding is a process, during which different kinds of materials are joined in a single and indivisible mass, most often they are different types of metals or thermoplastics. During the welding process, the connection between two materials occur by melting them together with a hot flow of gas, thereby the use of the right gas is crucial in the welding process.

MIG / MAG welding

MIG/MAG welding (Metal Inert Gas/Metal Metal Active Gas welding) or semi-automatic welding with an electrode wire in a gas (argon or carbon dioxide) environment is one of the most popular, the most common and efficient types of welding, thanks to the ease of use, as well as the wide range of weldable materials. MIG/MAG welding can melt and fuse the following materials:

  • non-alloy steel
  • low alloy steel
  • stainless steel

TIG welding
TIG welding (Tungsten Inert Gas welding) is a manual arc welding that uses tungsten electrodes in an argon environment. TIG welding process takes place at a relatively low temperature, unlike other types of welding, therefore the main advantage of this type of welding is the ability to melt and fuse not only thick, but also even very thin metallic materials (from 0,3 mm), because this type of welding has especially high accuracy, which is a powerful aesthetic factor in fine welding projects, especially when melting aluminium. TIG welding can be used for all weldable metals!
MMA welding

MMA welding (Manual Material Arc welding) is a manual arc welding, in the process of which, using alternating current or direct current, the meltable metals connect as their surface comes into contact with melting electrodes. MMA welding can melt and fuse the following materials:

CMT welding
CMT (Cold Metal Transfer) is an innovative cold technology type of joining materials for specific special orders, when metals of different types, chemical composition and density and other materials have to be joined.
