Metalworking – that is our field of activity, and you will definitely be happy with the result!

Metalworking has been the main scope of "MEKA & KO" for more than 10 years. On our site metalworking is performed using modern metal construction production technologies and ensuring a full package of development services – metalworking starts at full project development, leading up to the final manufacturing and installation of the product.


Metālapstrāde

We accept customer orders and implement metalworking projects both based on the customer's models or drawings, and based on ready-made solutions for your selected object. If needed, at the request of customers, we design drawings ourselves, creating the desired result from scratch, or take measurements in the existing object and coordinate the project development with the customer individually!


Services and production facilities

Metalworking in the large "MEKO & KO" production plant is performed on the following production equipment and provides the following services:

Metal sheet perforation
Perforation of metal sheets, aluminium sheets, stainless steel sheets and other materials – the work is carried out with a perforating press (punch press) equipment by FINNPOWER;
Metal bending
Bending of metal sheets, aluminium sheets, stainless steel – the work is carried out with hydraulic sheet folders: AMADA 5020; FINNPOWER; DURMA;
Metal sheet length-cutting
Length-cutting of metal sheets, aluminium sheets, stainless steel sheets – the work is carried out with a CIDAN guillotine;
Plasma cutting
Metal sheet cutting with a plasma cutter – CNC2500/250, which allows to process various metals (is able to cut steel with a high carbon content, alloy and stainless steel, as well as aluminium);
Powder coating
Powder coating with the most well-known powder paints and metal processing by shot-blasting. The tone of powder coating can be chosen by the customer from the wide range of RAL colour palette;
Welding
  • All types of welding works;
  • Electric resistance welding (spot welding) services.
